- Digihost Technology Inc, a blockchain company focused on Bitcoin mining, received $6.61 million of development capital.
- Nuvve Holding Corp, accelerating the electrification of transportation through its proprietary vehicle-to-grid technology, received $278,250 of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Solinst Eureka Water Probes, manufacturer of multi-parameter water quality sondes designed for in-situ analyses of natural waters worldwide, acquired by Solinst Canada.
- Resonant Link, developer of multi-layer self-resonant structure designed to shatter the barriers of conventional wireless power, acquired by Advanced Charging Technologies.
Later Stage VC
- Vestaron, developer of peptide-based biopesticides designed to improve the safety, efficacy and sustainability of crops, raised $82.94 million of Series A, Series B and Series C venture funding.
- Utility Rescue, developer of a diversified FinTech platform designed to risk-free way to save money, raised Series C venture funding in a deal led by Ticker Tape Investments.
Early Stage VC
- Electric Tree, developer of a carbon removal technology designed for the climate crisis, raised venture funding from BKR Capital.
- Everist, operator of a personal care products company intended to reduce plastic waste, water consumption, and harmful chemicals in hair and body care routines, raised venture funding in a deal led by Sandbridge Capital.
Seed Round
- CoreWater Technologies, operator of an environmental company intended to develop and commercialize water filtration technology, raised $4.92 million through a combination of Seed funding.
- MacroCycle Technologies, developer of chemical recycling technology designed to turn polyethylene terephthalate and polyester-fiber waste into virgin-grade plastics, raised $6.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Clean Energy Ventures and Volta Circle.
