Top 10 CleanTech/Clean Energy Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 1st – 15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion
- Global Water Farms, manufacturer of a salt-water distillation system designed to use geothermal energy to desalinate unusable salty water without boiling, without membranes, and with no liquid discharge, received development capital from Next View Global Water Technology Fund.
- Ndustrial, developer of an energy intensity platform intended for energy companies, received $20.71 million of development capital.
Buyout/LBO
- Integrated Global Services, provider of surface protection services and technologies intended to solve metal wastage and reliability problems in mission-critical equipment for energy, power generation, and other industrial end markets, acquired by American Securities through an LBO.
- Pearl Street Technologies, developer of a simulation, optimization, and design platform designed for power grid planning, with applications for grid operators, utilities, and project developers, acquired by Enverus, via its financial sponsor Hellman & Friedman, through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
- Carpool Logistics, operator of an automotive logistics company intended to redefine how vehicles get transported, raised $12 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Wavecrest Growth Partners.
- EverestLabs, developer of an AI-powered recycling and data analytics platform designed for optimizing recycling processes, raised $9.67 million of venture funding from Syntax Ventures and other investors.
Early Stage VC
- DG Matrix, manufacturer of energy storage and solar systems intended for electric vehicles, raised $20 million of venture funding in a deal led by Clean Energy Ventures.
- Equilibrium Energy, developer of an energy management platform designed to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs, raised $28 million of Series B2 venture funding in a deal led by GS Energy.
Seed Round
- ReSource Chemical, developer of carbon dioxide-derived chemicals intended for creating plastics that do not accumulate in the environment, raised $15 million of Seed Plus funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures and Fathom Fund.
- WATTER, developer of water heating technology device designed to net zero compute system for a sustainable future, raised $5 million of seed funding in a deal led by 17Shoals and Hunt Energy.
