- Datascope WMS, warehouse management software that serves distribution centers and manufacturing plants, acquired by SYSPRO, via its financial sponsor Advent International, through an LBO.
- Kondukto, an application security testing platform that offers an automated and centralized vulnerability management process, acquired by Invicti Security, via its financial sponsors Summit Partners and Turn/River Capital, through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- Apeiron Labs, an ocean monitoring platform that improves hurricane forecasting, weather, and long-term climate trends, raised $7.75 million of Series A venture funding.
- Arcee AI, language models that accelerate the deployment of AI across enterprise applications, raised venture funding in a deal led by Prosperity7 Ventures and M12.
- Armada, an edge computing platform that revolutionizes connectivity, computing, and artificial intelligence tools, raised $131 million of venture funding from M12, Glade Brook Capital Partners and Overmatch.
- BlinkOps, a cloud-native security automation copilot software that provides operations management and no-code automation for clouds, raised $50 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by O.G. Venture Partners.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Aptos Orbital, a device that integrates space-hardened computing, continuous communication, and cloud access into satellites and spacecraft, joined The Catalyst Accelerator as a part of its 15th Cohort of CADEW program.
- ASETS, an engineering intelligence platform that optimizes decision-making across asset-intensive industries, joined Bhau Institute’s Incubation Centre.
- Magma Space, satellite control systems that enhance precision, stability, and autonomy in space missions, joined Center for the Advancement of Science in Space as a part of its Orbital Edge Accelerator Program.
- Millennial Software, cloud-native software and automation tools that support national security and defense applications, joined The Catalyst Accelerator as a part of its 15th cohort.
