Merger/Acquisition
- Ambassador, code deployment software that provides microservice development tools, was acquired by Gravitee.
- Swift Security, a cloud-based cybersecurity software that provides enterprises with cloud protection, was acquired by Concentric AI.
- VeloCloud, cloud-based networking services that improve performance over private, broadband Internet and LTE links, was acquired by Arista Networks.
Later Stage VC
- AIXA Miner, cloud-based cryptocurrency mining software that facilitates remote participation in digital asset mining, raised $80 million of Series B venture funding.
- Rill Data, business intelligence platform that delivers real-time operational dashboards for data-driven decision-making, raised venture funding from True Ventures and Zero Prime Ventures.
- Spacelift, a terraforming platform that automates the management of cloud infrastructure, raised $51 million through a combination of Series C and Series C-1 venture funding in a deal led by Five Elms Capital.
- Super Protocol, universal decentralized protocol for distributed confidential computing, raised venture funding from Strategxy Ventures, Prosto Venture Club and M31 Capital Partners.
Early Stage VC
- GrowthBook, an A/B testing platform that helps companies make smart data-driven decisions and foster a culture of experimentation, raised $22.62 million of venture funding from Nava Ventures and other investors.
Seed Round
- Earthmover, a cloud data stack for science that empowers customers to use scientific data to address the planet’s urgent challenges, raised an estimated $3 million of Seed-3 funding.
- Ryft, automated data management software that optimizes Iceberg table environments, raised $8.00 million of Seed funding in a deal led by Index Ventures.
