Merger/Acquisition
- Fidelus Technologies, professional and managed technology services that combat enterprise IT infrastructure hurdles, acquired by Continuant.
- Memfault, a device reliability platform that is designed for firmware delivery, monitoring, and diagnostics to embedded systems, acquired by Nordic Semiconductor.
Later Stage VC
- BluebriX, a healthcare technology company that specializes in value-based care solutions, raised $15 million of venture funding.
- Centific, a digital transformation platform that solves digital challenges to deliver a human-centric system, raised $60 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Granite Asia.
- Coralogix, observability and security analytics software that supports real-time monitoring and analysis of operational data, raised $115 million of Series E venture funding in a deal led by NextEquity Partners and NewView Capital.
Early Stage VC
- Levelpath, an artificial intelligence-powered procurement platform that unifies workflows, sourcing, data, employees, suppliers and devices to enhance productivity and collaboration across enterprises, raised $55 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Battery Ventures.
- North, a cloud automation platform that supports simple AWS optimization with AI, raised $5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Companyon Ventures.
Seed Round
- Moonnox, generative AI orchestration tools that streamline delivery and engagement in professional services and systems integration, raised $2 million of Seed funding in a deal led by M25.
- Rapidise, a cloud-based product engineering and electronics manufacturing platform that transforms ideas into market-ready hardware and AI-powered products, raised $5 million of seed funding from Napino Digital Solutions and Teksun.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Sentra, a cybersecurity platform that enables cloud-driven organizations to regain control and secure data, joined NetApp Excellerator as a part of its Cohort 14.
