Merger/Acquisition
- Crunchy Data, an enterprise data management platform designed to eliminate expensive proprietary database costs for both public and private sector customers, acquired by Snowflake for $250 million.
- Neon, open-source cloud-native Postgres designed to create a cloud-native database service for developers, acquired by Databricks.
Later Stage VC
- EarlyDx, a diagnostic and bioinformatics platform designed to help with liquid biopsy tests for cancer detection, therapy selection, and treatment monitoring, raised venture funding from Device of Tomorrow Capital.
- iFoodDS, a traceability software designed to transform the supply chain of the agriculture industry, raised $31.49 million of venture funding.
- Linear, an issue-tracking and project management tool designed to build and manage software efficiently, raised $82 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Accel.
Early Stage VC
- Antimetal, an automated cloud cost optimization platform designed for financial efficiency, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Sound Ventures.
- Bloom, a software development platform designed to build and share mobile applications, venture funding from S2S Ventures.
Seed Round
- FlowFuse, a low-code programming platform designed to let organizations reliably deliver applications in a continuous, collaborative and secure manner, raised $7.22 million of Seed-3 funding in a deal led by Senovo.
- Salus Cloud, an AI-native platform designed for secure and scalable software deployment, raised $3.7 million of seed funding in a deal led by P1 Ventures and Atlantica Ventures.
- Testaify, an artificial intelligence-based autonomous testing platform designed to help software development organizations find and fix defects faster and with less effort, raised $2.51 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt.
