Merger/Acquisition
- Zenoss, developer of an information technology monitoring and observability platform designed for managing modern infrastructure, acquired by Virtana.
- Stralto, provider of smart and simplified government document management solutions intended for both internal operations and external engagements, acquired by MTX Group.
- Requestly, developer of a web development and debugging platform designed for testing application programming interfaces and analyzing network traffic, acquired by BrowserStack.
Later Stage VC
- Alchemy, developer of a blockchain development platform designed for building and scaling decentralized applications, raised venture funding from Intersection Growth Partners.
- Arkestro, developer of a cloud-based automated negotiation software designed to leverage artificial intelligence to optimize procurement savings, raised $36 million of venture funding in a deal led by Aramco Ventures and Altira Group on May 14, 2025. New Enterprise Associates, Koch Disruptive Technologies, Activant Capital and other.
Early Stage VC
- Bismuth, developer of an AI-powered code analysis platform designed for automated bug detection and regression testing in software development, raised venture funding from Aviso Ventures.
- Suite Studios, developer of a cloud-based productivity platform designed to make workflows easy and accessible to all post-production studios, raised $16.46 million of Series A venture funding from Grotech Ventures and other investors.
Seed Round
- Atlas Data Storage, developer of a data storage company designed for synthetic deoxyribonucleic acid for high-density and durable storage, raised $155 million of Seed funding from ARCH Venture Partners, Deerfield Management and Tao Capital Partners.
- KoalaOps, developer of a cloud-native platform designed to simplify the development, deployment, and management of microservices on Kubernetes, raised $2.5 million through a combination of Pre-Seed 1, and Pre-Seed 2 funding from Two Lanterns Venture Capital, 91 Ventures and Skywell Capital Partners.
- Rork, developer of an application development platform designed for cross-platform mobile app creation, raised $2.8 million of seed funding in a deal led by Andreessen Horowitz.
