- Revyz, a data protection and management platform that provides security of data for agile teams, was acquired by Spin.AI, via its financial sponsors K1 Investment Management and Blueprint Equity, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- SKV Technology, a quantum resilient cybersecurity architecture that protects data and communications across cloud, network, endpoint, and chip layers, was acquired by Quantum eMotion (TSX: QNC) for CAD 7 million.
Later Stage VC

- Cloud Storage Security, cloud storage security software that detects, monitors, and prevents threats across cloud environments, raised $849,999 of Series C venture funding.
- Orkes, microservices and workflow orchestration platform that offers a managed, cloud-hosted version of conductor with tiered support, raised $60 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by AVP.
Early Stage VC

- Optimum, a decentralized networking protocol that improves data propagation speed and efficiency across blockchain networks, raised a Series A venture funding from Varys Capital.
- Seifert Dynamics, operational software and systems engineering services for critical infrastructure, defense adjacent enterprise, and reliability-intensive environments, raised $13.4 million of Series A venture funding.
