- CoreWeave, a modern cloud infrastructure technology company that offers the CoreWeave Cloud Platform which consists of proprietary software and cloud services that deliver the automation and efficiency needed to manage complex AI infrastructure at scale, received an estimated $2 billion of development capital from Nvidia.

- Jazzware, hospitality software that optimizes hotel telecom operations and enhance guest services, was acquired by Valsoft Corporation, via its financial sponsors Power Corporation of Canada, Portage, Viking Global Investors, Propelr Growth, and Coatue Management, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- Chronosphere, a scalable cloud-native monitoring tool that eliminates the cognitive load of monitoring infrastructure and tracking data locality, was acquired by Palo Alto Networks (NAS: PANW) for $3.35 billion.

- MontyCloud, a cloud management platform that simplifies the management and governance of modern infrastructure, applications, and services, raised $11.47 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by The Riverside Company.
- Replit, a collaborative software development platform for creating and deploying applications, raised an estimated $400 million of venture funding in a deal led by Georgian.

- Ocoder, a communication tool that assists non-technicals to build on top of real codebases and share ideas with engineers and others within their company, raised an amount of venture funding from Gaingels.
- RedwoodJS, a web application framework that supports server side rendering, routing, and real time features on Cloudflare, raised an amount of venture funding from Preston-Werner Ventures.

- Atomic Software, a version control platform that makes the software development lifecycle mathematically sound and reliable from prompt to production, raised $2.5 million of pre-seed funding from Vermilion Cliffs Ventures, Slow Ventures and Irregular Expressions.
