- Amberdata, a digital asset data platform for comprehensive market insights, was acquired by Kaiko, via its financial sponsors Uggla Family Office through an LBO.
- cResults, quality operations management software that improves efficiency, resource planning, scheduling, compliance, and operational excellence for life sciences organizations, was acquired by Title21 Health Solutions, via its financial sponsor ARCHIMED, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- Funambol, white-label cloud platforms for enabling personal and business digital content management across devices, was acquired by Point Wild.
Later Stage VC

- Netris, a network automation and multi-tenancy platform designed to simplify the deployment and operation of artificial intelligence infrastructure, raised $15 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Andreessen Horowitz.
- Quantifind, a financial crime intelligence automation platform for risk detection and mitigation, raised $200 million of venture funding in a deal led by Summit Partners.
Early Stage VC

- Thunder Compute, a cloud computing platform that provides access to graphics processing units for AI and machine learning workloads, raised $15.74 million through the combination of Series A venture funding.
- Standard Intelligence, an artificial intelligence model that performs computer-based tasks through graphical interfaces, raised $44.2 million of venture funding from Spark Capital, Transpose Platform Management, Sequoia Capital and Milan Kovac.
Seed Round

- PgDog, a software application for sharding PostgreSQL and offers a routing layer that moves data between nodes and directs query traffic transparently to the application, enabling developers to scale their databases without modifying existing applications, raised $5.5 million of seed funding from Pioneer Fund and Y Combinator.
