- Slabstack, a cloud-based building material software that helps concrete and aggregate producers operate efficiently and reliably, was acquired by Sysdyne Technologies, via its financial sponsor Insight Partners, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- Fermyon, cloud computing technology that simplifies the process of building microservices was acquired by Akamai Technologies.
- Veza, a data security platform that secures data in the multi-cloud era was acquired by ServiceNow Ventures, a subsidiary of ServiceNow (NYS: NOW), for an estimated $1 billion.

- Codenotary, a software supply chain that offers tamperproof ledger services raised $16.5 million of venture funding.
- NetFoundry, a networking platform that disrupts the traditional networking market by approaching the problem of next-generation zero-trust secure application connectivity from the software developer’s point of view raised $15 million through a combination of Series A venture funding and debt in a deal led by SYN Ventures.

- Comfy Workflows, a creative workflow automation platform that streamlines the sharing, discovery, and execution of ComfyUI workflows for creators raised a venture funding from Founders and Inc.
- Kanu AI, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence engineering technology that converts natural language prompts into production-ready, cloud-native software applications raised a venture funding from Berkeley Frontier Fund, Better Angle and Team Ignite Ventures.

- PAX Helper, air passenger claim processing software that enhances analytics, management, and handling of official aviation claims joined Seeds of Bravery as a part of its Cohort and received an amount of funding.
Seed Round

- Scylos, a container-based endpoint platform that provides secure and scalable management of digital endpoints raised $3 million of seed funding in a deal led by Galgano Family Investments.
