Top 10 CloudTech & DevOps Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 16th – November 15th, 2025

PIPE

    1. POET Technologies, a design and development company offering high-speed optical engines, light source products, and custom optical modules to the artificial intelligence systems market and hyperscale data centers, received approximately $150 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Breez, cybersecurity platform that observes all human and non-human identities in the cloud, was acquired by JumpCloud.
    2. IntraVUE, a network management software, that captures OT network issues and provide a graphical view for technicians and first responders, was acquired by Pronetiqs.
    3. Dgraph, an open-source and low-latency database that meets the visual data representation needs of small startups as well as large companies,  was acquired by Istari Digital for an undisclosed amount on October 23, 2025.

Later Stage VC

    1. Conserv, mobile application that offers environmental monitoring services, raised $1.51 million through a combination of Series B and Series B-2 venture funding
    2. Kognitive Networks, proprietary digital platform that offers internet technologies to maritime users, raised $2 million of venture funding in combination of convertible debt and equity.

Early Stage VC 

    1. MegaETH, software development tool that builds decentralized applications with high speed, low costs, and scalability, raised $57 million of venture funding
    2. Dokploy, self-hosted container orchestration platform for application and database deployment, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Polychrome.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. DeployHub, security management platform for post-deployment vulnerability remediation, joined Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation as part of its third cohort of the SDA TAP Lab – Catalyst Campus Mini Accelerator.
    2. Salus CM, a cloud-based case management tool that improves outcomes in organizations and businesses, joined LvlUp Ventures.
