  2. Kinney Group, developer of machine data analytics software intended to harness the power of information technology in the cloud to improve lives, acquired by Presidio, via its financial sponsors BC Partners and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

  1. Crusoe, operator of mobile modular data centers intended to eliminate routine flaring of natural gas and reduce the cost of cloud computing.
  2. Databento, developer of a colocation platform designed to provide simpler and faster historical data to receive market data, raised $10 million of Series A1 venture funding from Clear Street, Lightscape Partners and Belvedere Trading.

Early Stage VC

  1. Browserbase, developer of a browser automation platform designed to run, manage, and monitor browser automation scripts, raised $21 million of Series A venture funding.
  2. number 0, developer of software development platform designed for building distributed applications, raised $3.98 million of venture funding.
  3. Tamnoon, developer of a managed cloud detection and response platform designed to tackle misconfigurations and vulnerabilities detected by CNAPP tools, raised $12.75 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Bright Pixel Capital.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

  1. Moondream, developer of an open-source vision language model designed to build multimodal apps, raised $4.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Felicis.
  2. Termina, developer of a SVM cloud platform designed for running applications built with blockchain’s virtual machine, raised $4 million of seed funding in a deal led by Lemniscap.
  3. Testaify, Developer of an artificial intelligence-based autonomous testing platform designed to help software development organizations find and fix defects faster and with less effort, raised $1.33 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt.
