Top 10 Commercial Products Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – January 1st – March 31st, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. NexForm Technologies, fiber-based composite components built for industrial and transportation applications, received a development capital from Crest Rock Partners.
    2. Standfast TRAM, a fall protection systems built for preventing falls during work at height on industrial and transport equipment, received a development capital from O’Brien Capital.

Buyout/LBO

    1. Bennett Hardwoods, a vertically integrated hardwood lumber supplier that delivers consistent, kiln-dried lumber, was acquired by Vast Ventures through an LBO.
    2. Florida Hydronics, engineered commercial HVAC and plumbing services, that supplies equipment and services for various projects, was acquired by Vessco, via its financial sponsor Gryphon Investors, through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Rene Vanassche & Sons Mechanical, mechanical contracting services that supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems, was acquired by RW Mead.
    2. JTB Rentals, heavy equipment rental services that serves construction, industrial and agricultural sectors, was acquired by Sunstate Equipment, a subsidiary of Sumitomo (TKS: 8053).

Later Stage VC

    1. Aquivio, a hydrogen-containing water dispenser that naturally ingest antioxidants by drinking water, raised $1.6 million of venture funding in a deal led by Flow Ventures.
    2. TechniSoil Industrial, pavement materials for road, highway, and hardscape surface applications, raised a venture funding from Lucas Venture Group.

Seed Round

    1. Fermeate, a light-controlled microbial fermentation technology for sustainable chemical production purposes, raised an estimated $2.2 million of seed funding in a deal led by Newfund Management.
    2. Proto-Town, an industrial campus with integrated manufacturing, testing, and R&D infrastructure that supports hardware and defense startups based in Central Texas, raised $20 million of seed funding from Drover Ventures, William Ackman and Joshua Kushner.
