- Danville Telecom, telecommunication services that serves residential and business customers in Southeast Iowa, was acquired by ImOn Communications, via its financial sponsor Goldman Sachs Asset Management, through an LBO.
- GCH Technologies, modernized registry platform that redefines how the telecommunications ecosystem manages messaging and short code operations, was acquired by Koch Equity Development through an LBO.

- HighComm, cloud-based communication systems for small to medium-sized business connectivity and operational efficiency, was acquired by Synpact.
- Pulsar360, unified communications as a service platform that streamlines communications into a single network connection for phone service and high-speed Internet, was acquired by Clearly IP.

- Airmeet, online communication platform that empowers organizations and communities to achieve effective collective progress, raised venture funding from MyAsiaVC.
- Carbyne, real-time emergency communication platform that provides public safety technology for emergency infrastructure, raised $100 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by AT&T Ventures.
- Teal (Telecommunications Service Providers), programmable eSIM and network orchestration platform that enables secure, flexible, and globally scalable IoT connectivity, raised an additional $1 million through a combination of Series A8 and Series A9 venture funding.
- Wytec, patented small cell technology and wide area networks designed to support 5G cellular and fixed wireless network coverage throughout the United States, raised $3.08 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt financing.
