PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Pronto Networks, a carrier-class operations support systems that deploys and manage large public WLAN networks, received development capital from Business Capital.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Intros AI, a communication platform that helps people communicate within the community, was acquired by Bevy.
    2. CommonGround, a human AI computer vision software that improves human interaction over digital, was acquired by Apple.

Buyout/LBO

    1. RTS Associates, a telecommunications design and turnkey services for large telecommunications, municipalities, EMCs (Electromagnetic Compatibility), CATV (Community Antenna Television), and wireless carriers, was acquired by FBR Solutions, via its financial sponsor FVLCRUM, through an LBO.
    2. South Reach Networks, an infrastructure development company focused on the telecommunications industry, was acquired by Blue Owl Capital through an LBO.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Surge, a communication platform for registering campaigns and verifying toll-free numbers, raised venture funding from 468 Capital.
    2. Hello Mobile, a wireless network provider that provides innovation, collaboration, and a passion for redefining mobile communications, raised venture funding from Regah Ventures.
    3. SmartLess Mobile, a wireless service infrastructure for cost-efficient mobile connectivity, raised venture funding from Thomvest Ventures.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Neatro, an interactive agile retrospective tool that helps remote teams have conversations with comfort, joined Centech Accelerator as a part of its Summer 2025 Cohort.
    2. Olelo Intelligence, an AI-powered conversational intelligence platform that optimizes sales interactions and maximize revenue, joined Blue Startups as a part of its Cohort 17, and received $25,000 in funding in the form of SAFE note.
