- Communication Zone, data installation services that serves the telecommunications and data industries, was acquired by Hexatronic Group.
- Ricochet Global, telecommunications company based in Leesburg, Virginia, was acquired by Digerati Technologies.
- SCI Broadband, cable services that caters to residential and business customers across 90 rural communities throughout east central and northern Minnesota, was acquired by Midcontinent Communications, a subsidiary of Midcontinent Media.
Buyout/LBO

- ProCom Sales, manufacturer representative service for outside plant telecom and utility products, was acquired by Forward Solutions, via its financial sponsors Harvey & Company, Hall Capital Holdings and Osceola Capital Management, through an LBO.
- SYLTEL, fiber broadband, streaming TV, and voice services for residential and business customers, was acquired by TruVista Communications, via its financial sponsor iCON Infrastructure, through an LBO.
Later Stage VC

- TalkingHeads Wireless, network towers and cellular telecommunications equipment that provides a sustainable 5th-generation network, raised venture funding from Mobix Labs.
- VectorMax, live linear broadcast and video-on-demand content services for an effective pathway to internet-enabled devices and AT&T, raised $1.02 million of venture funding, including $93,000 originally raised in the form of convertible debt and subsequently converted to equity.
- Wytec, patented small cell technology and wide area networks that supports cellular and fixed wireless network coverage throughout the United States, raised $3.68 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt.
