Merger/Acquisition 

    1. Geebo Device Repair, mobile device repair and resale services that serves customers across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada was acquired by Dr. Phone Fix Canada (TSX: DPF).
    2. Gen-Mark, sales agency serving electrical and electronics manufacturers in Western PA and West Virginia was acquired by Encore Wire, a subsidiary of Prysmian (MIL: PRY).
    3. Domain Outdoor, wildlife food plot seed mixtures and attractants that serves hunting and outdoor recreation markets was acquired by Allen Company.

Later Stage VC

    1. Tectonic (Electronics), flat-panel speaker systems that offers quality audio for automotive and professional consumers raised $10.00 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from Grayscale VC and Golden Sparrow.
    2. Pison, a wearable technology that creates a gesture-controlled ecosystem leveraging patented electroneurography raised a venture funding from Samsung NEXT Ventures and 51Ventures.

Early Stage VC 

    1. VEIA Supplies, surfing equipment and accessories for performance-oriented surfing raised an a venture funding from Big Sky Partners.
    2. Afference, a wearable technology that offers a tactile connection between the digital and physical worlds raised $15.35 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Unless.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Chasing Squirrels, mouthguards for athletes is currently operating in Stealth mode joined Groover Labs as part of its ACCEL-KS at Groover Labs Award and received a funding in the form of a grant.
    2. The NorthWoodWorks, handcrafted household fixtures for functional use joined Richmond Hill Small Business Enterprise Centre as a part of its 2025 Summer Company and received an amount of funding in the form of grant.
    3. Winnovations, fiber optic lures for smarter fishing joined Groover Labs as a part of its ACCEL-KS POC program and received an undisclosed amount of grant funding.
