  1. Bead Pay, an alternative payments company that helps merchants accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment and receive the full purchase price in local currency, received development capital from 1st & Main Growth Partners in 2026.
  2. CoinRoutes, an algorithmic trading system that facilitates crypto asset trading, received development capital from Avenir Capital.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Cysic, zero-knowledge proof hardware acceleration technology that enhances cryptographic computation efficiency, was acquired by Tonso.
  2. Magna, a token distribution platform that accelerates the adoption of tokens as the new form of equity, was acquired by Kraken.

Later Stage VC

  1. Huru Ventures, a web3 gaming platform that connects players with blockchain-based gaming ecosystems, raised venture funding from Successful Fund.
  2. Jamit, a decentralized podcast platform that offers a space for diverse storytellers to connect and share experiences, raised venture funding from LAVA.

Early Stage VC

  1. Anaxi Labs, a decentralized artificial intelligence infrastructure that supports the deployment of data-driven applications, raised venture funding from Hivemind Capital.
  2. M1X, blockchain-based capital markets infrastructure that supports sovereign and institutional use of digital assets, raised $3 million of venture funding from FJ Labs and Stellar.

Angel (individual)

  1. Blue Ridge Treasury, a Bitcoin and Ethereum treasury company that offers strategic crypto accumulation facilities, raised $500,000 of angel funding.
  2. Ra Labs, software platforms that support the creation and development of advanced digital products, raised $175,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
