Merger/Acquisition
- Cysic, zero-knowledge proof hardware acceleration technology that enhances cryptographic computation efficiency, was acquired by Tonso.
- Magna, a token distribution platform that accelerates the adoption of tokens as the new form of equity, was acquired by Kraken.

- Huru Ventures, a web3 gaming platform that connects players with blockchain-based gaming ecosystems, raised venture funding from Successful Fund.
- Jamit, a decentralized podcast platform that offers a space for diverse storytellers to connect and share experiences, raised venture funding from LAVA.

- Blue Ridge Treasury, a Bitcoin and Ethereum treasury company that offers strategic crypto accumulation facilities, raised $500,000 of angel funding.
- Ra Labs, software platforms that support the creation and development of advanced digital products, raised $175,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
