- Upexi, which specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of consumer products, with diversification into the cryptocurrency space via a Solana treasury strategy, received $50 million in development capital through a private placement.

- Kolscan, a wallet tracking platform that serves cryptocurrency traders and blockchain analysts, was acquired by pump.fun.
- Strangelove Ventures, a blockchain company building software to supercharge the growth and security of the interchain, was acquired by Ondo.

- AIXA Miner, a cloud-based cryptocurrency mining software that facilitates remote participation in digital asset mining, raised $80 million in Series B venture funding.
