- Inspire Semiconductor, a semiconductor company that develops high-performance computing solutions for AI and data-intensive workloads, received $42.75 million of development capital through a private placement.
Merger/Acquisition
- WonderFi Technologies, a technology company that operates cryptocurrency trading and payments businesses, acquired by Robinhood for CAD 233.918 million.
- Blubird, a blockchain technology company that helps businesses design and implement Web3 solutions, acquired by Marechale Capital.
Later Stage VC
- Xyra Labs, a blockchain infrastructure company that simplifies decentralized finance and multichain transactions, raised venture funding from Apollo Capital.
- Amboss Technologies, a Lightning Network technology company that provides liquidity analytics and payment infrastructure, raised $80,000 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Poof, an artificial intelligence company that enables users to build and deploy Solana applications from natural language prompts, raised venture funding in a deal led by Maven 11 and GD1.
- Verra Health, a digital health company that provides secure credential verification and sharing of sexual health records, raised venture funding from Gimmel Ventures.
Seed Round
- ShredPay, a blockchain financial technology company that supports digital transactions and asset management, raised $1.81 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Sika, a cross-border payments company that enables international transactions using fiat and cryptocurrency, raised seed funding in a deal led by Aruwa Capital Management.
