- 21bitcoin, AI-powered cryptocurrency market news and intelligence content for the global digital asset community that serve institutional and retail investors, was acquired by Alpha Edge Media, a subsidiary of Aether Holdings.
- Oasis Pro Markets, global fintech infrastructure that provides real-world assets and digital securities, was acquired by Ondo.
Later Stage VC
- Lava, cryptocurrency payment platform that simplifies the management of Bitcoin finances, raised $29.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund.
- Swan Bitcoin, bitcoin investment software that makes bitcoin purchasing easy, raised $29.51 million of venture funding from investors.
Early Stage VC
- Block Street, blockchain-based financial infrastructure for modernizing and optimizing trading and lending of tokenized equities, raised $11.5 million of venture funding in a deal led by Hack VC.
- Engaged labs, decentralised transaction and incentive distribution system for blockchain-native financial interactions, raised venture funding from Stoked Capital.
- Sui Name Service, identity services on blockchain technology that support self-sovereign identity without memorizing passwords, raised venture funding from HyperChain Capital.
Seed Round
- CipherOwl, digital asset intelligence platform that navigates the complex landscape of digital asset regulations, raised $15 million of seed funding in a deal led by General Catalyst and Flourish Ventures.
- NatGold Digital, blockchain-native monetary asset that monetizes in-ground gold, raised $3.44 million of seed funding from investors.
- Tria, blockchain-based chain abstraction protocol that unifies liquidity across all virtual machines, secured $12 million in pre-seed funding in a round led by P2 Ventures.
