Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Bull Street Media, provider of digital media services intended for young professionals and investors, was acquired by Fintech.TV.
    2. Candy, operator of an NFT ecosystem platform intended to enable fans and collectors to purchase, trade, and share officially licensed sports NFTs, was acquired by Futureverse.

Later Stage VC

    1. Alpaca Markets, developer of a modern brokerage platform designed for people to access financial markets with a developer-friendly application programming interface, raised $50 million of Series C venture funding from Unbound Advisors, Draper Fisher Jurvetson Portage and Derayah Financial.
    2. Analog, developer of a decentralized finance platform designed to enable event-based interoperability across blockchain networks, raised $20 million of venture funding from Wintermute, Mask Network and Gate.io.
    3. Auradine, developer of a web infrastructure platform intended to offer a broad range of infrastructure across hardware, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, raised $153 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by StepStone Group.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Arch Network, operator of a bitcoin-native application platform intended to serve developers, raised $13 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Pantera Capital.
    2. Unto Labs, developer of a blockchain technology designed to push the limits of distributed systems and achieve unprecedented scale, raised $14.42 million of venture funding in a deal led by Framework Ventures and Electric Capital.
    3. LayerZero, developer of a blockchain interoperability platform designed to facilitate data exchange and connect disparate blockchains, raised CAD 55 million of venture funding in a deal led by Andreessen Horowitz.

Seed

    1. Miden Blockchain, developer of an edge blockchain platform designed to enhance scalability, privacy, and security for decentralized applications, raised $25 million of seed funding in a deal led by 1kx, Andreessen Horowitz and Hack VC.
    2. ROVR, developer of a blockchain-native geospatial infrastructure protocol intended for the next generation of three-dimensional (3D) training, raised $2.6 million of seed funding in a deal led by GEODNET and Borderless Capital.
