- Sphinx, a commodity derivatives exchange platform that provides trading of energy assets, raised $2 million of venture funding in a deal led by Eckhardt Trading Company.

- Unspendable Labs, a bitcoin-native infrastructure tool that supports decentralized finance and digital asset ecosystems, raised $1.5 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
