1. Memex, developer of a revolutionary social platform designed to offer users a diverse and engaging experience with blockchain technology, received $7 million of financing from MemeCore.

Later Stage VC

2. Texture Capital, operator of a US-based regulated broker-dealer platform intended to focus on the tokenization of securities, raised $50,000 of venture funding from CoreNest and other investors.

Early Stage VC

3.  3point0 labs, provider of comprehensive web3 services intended to offer novel tech product development, raised a Series A venture funding in a deal led by Bigger Picture Holdings and Strand Venture Partners.

4.  Exponent, developer of Solana-based decentralized finance platform intended to provide fixed-rate lending, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from RockawayX, Solana Ventures and Cherry Ventures.

5.  Noble, operator of a digital asset issuance company intended to broaden the breadth and depth of usage of assets within the blockchain ecosystem, raised $15 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Paradigm.

6.  Talus Network, developer of a decentralized platform intended to combine blockchain technology with autonomous artificial intelligence agents, raised $6 million of venture funding in a deal led by Polychain Capital.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

7.  Avant, operator of a decentralized finance platform intended to create stable-value tokens, raised $6.5 million of seed funding from Avalaunch App, Daybreak Digital and GoGoPool in the form of SAFE notes.

8.  Lnfi, developer of a blockchain ecosystem platform designed for flexible asset management, raised a pre-seed funding from CMS Holdings, Waterdrip Capital and Hashkey Capital, and other investors.

9.  OpenLayer, operator of a world wide web company intended to empower companies to access user data across social, health, and behavioral data while maintaining user privacy and security, raised $5 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes from Andreessen Horowitz, Geometry Ventures and LongHash Ventures.

10. Shinami, operator of an application development platform intended to provide tools to build decentralized applications, raised $5.65 million of seed funding in a deal led by Race Capital.
