Top 10 Cybersecurity Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. –  April 1st – May 31st, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. SHIELD, an artificial intelligence-based fraud detection and risk intelligence software that identifies, prevents, and manages digital fraud across applications and platforms, received a development capital from zVentures.
    2. Periculus, a risk management platform for cyber insurers, service providers, and small to medium-sized businesses to manage digital risks, received a development capital from Ridge Capital Partners.

Buyout/LBO

    1. Efficient IP, network automation tools that drives business through network services availability, security, and performance, was acquired by Francisco Partners through an estimated EUR 200 million LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Secuvant, cybersecurity and risk management services that protects business operations and digital environments from cyber threats, was acquired by Cycurion (NAS: CYCU) for $2.875 million.
    2. SKV Technology, a quantum resilient cybersecurity architecture that protects data and communications across cloud, network, endpoint, and chip layers, was acquired by Quantum eMotion (TSX: QNC) for CAD 7 million.

Later Stage VC

    1. Quantum Bridge, a proprietary software and quantum repeater hardware that improves quantum communications, raised $8 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Primo Capital.

Early Stage VC

    1. Armada (San Francisco), an edge computing platform that revolutionizes connectivity, computing, and artificial intelligence tools, raised $230 million through a combination of Debt and Series B venture funding in a deal led by 8090 Industries, Overmatch Ventures, and BlackRock.
    2. Ocean, an agentic email security platform that detects and prevent targeted email attacks, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Lightspeed Venture Partners Israel.

Seed Round

    1. Rilian Technologies, cybersecurity software that enhances global security by addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities, raised $17.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by First In, 8VC and Tamarack Global.
    2. Phin, a phishing simulation and security awareness platform that mitigates complex threats, raised $5.98 million through the combination of Seed-6, Seed-7, and Seed-8 funding.
