- LevelBlue, cybersecurity services that serve enterprises and offers strategic cybersecurity services to meet the evolving needs of businesses with capabilities that include managed security services, cybersecurity consulting, threat intelligence and continuous security operations center (SOC) support, thereby enabling organizations to no longer sacrifice security for innovation, received a development capital from Eastward Capital Partners.

- Technology Recovery Group, global managed lifecycle services for enterprise endpoints that supports the deployment, maintenance, security, and retirement of computing and connected devices for business operations, was acquired by Gemspring Capital, Mr. Sean Kennedy, and its management through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- Point Solutions Group, technology and engineering consulting services for defense and national security missions, was acquired by DHI Group (NYS: DHX) for $5.5 million.
Later Stage VC

- Mesh Security, a cybersecurity platform that provides real-time visibility, control, and protection, raised $12 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Lobby Capital.
- Tharros, an intelligence analysis and cyber-operations support services for government agencies and commercial organizations to solve complex problems and advance critical missions, raised $30 million of venture funding from Blue Delta Capital Partners.
Early Stage VC

- BlueFlag Security, a security service-based company that offers comprehensive protection for businesses and individuals, raised $16.5 million in Series A venture funding in a deal led by Maverick Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures.
- Blind Insight, an encrypted computing platform that runs software and trains machine learning models on protected data without exposing underlying information, raised $1 million of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from Sequoia Capital.
