  2. Cactus Technology Solutions, IT and telecommunications advisory services that serve midsize and enterprise businesses primarily in West and Central Texas, acquired by Bluewave Technology Group.
  3. ImageQuest, managed technology services that serve business clients in regulated industries, acquired by Evergreen Services Group.

Early Stage VC

  1. Asteroid, a runtime supervision platform that ensures the safe and reliable operation of AI agents, raised venture funding from MyAsiaVC.
  2. Cotool, an AI-assisted security platform that automates repetitive security workflows and investigations, raised venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from 515 Ventures.
  3. Gray Swan, a cyber safety and security platform that assesses the risks of AI models automatically, raised venture funding from Juniper Ventures.
  4. Novatech, integrated technology services that support enterprise digital transformation and cybersecurity resilience, raised Series B venture funding.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. CacheWave, wireless communication and network security technology that enables secure and reliable data transmission, joined Portland State University Business Accelerator, received $80,000 amount of funding in the form of a grant.
  2. Cyber Legends, an educational gaming platform that teaches children digital safety and foundational cyber skills, joined Siakam EdTech Engine.
  3. Extension Cloud Solutions, cloud-based data migration and integration services that support small to medium-sized businesses, joined Conductor as a part of its ninth cohort of the 10X Growth Accelerator Program.
