    1. PKI Solutions, consulting, designing, deploying and operating the public key infrastructure that assists clients with cybersecurity monitoring software received a development capital from Arthur Ventures.

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Cycurion, information technology security solutions through its subsidiaries that continually strives to deliver top-notch services in risk management, cybersecurity, information assurance, systems engineering, and help desk solutions received $6 million of development.

Buyout/LBO

    1. Metrostar Systems, digital transformation and information technology services that serves government, defense, and national security sectors was acquired by Veritas Capital Fund Management through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Intrust IT, an Information Technology support and cybersecurity services company for manufacturing, construction, healthcare, banking, and government industries was acquired by 3LS.

Later Stage VC 

    1. SpecterOps, cybersecurity software that protects and defends the system’s operational data from advanced attacks raised $30 million of Series B2 venture funding.
    2. Cloverleaf Networks, an internet service provider firm that provides fully managed, secure, cloud-optimized connectivity services for remote, hybrid, and multi-site businesses raised a venture funding from Super K Ventures.

Early Stage VC

    1. Quantum Defen5e, a cybersecurity technology company that provides data protection and information sovereignty raised $2.6 million of venture funding.
    2. Rilian, cybersecurity software that enhances global security by addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities raised $10 million of venture funding in a combination of Series Seed and Series Seed 2.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Raspire, mobile application protection technology that secures Android and iOS apps joined 500 Global and Sanabil 500 MENA Seed Accelerator and received a funding.

Seed Round

    1. Symposia, an end-to-end intelligence platform that delivers cybersecurity trust services and hands-on education to global industry leaders raised $2.07 million of seed funding.
