Top 10 Cybersecurity Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 1st – 15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

  1. Field Effect Software, network applications, low-level systems development and cybersecurity analytics platforms that help businesses identify cyber threats, measure threat surface and reduce vulnerabilities, received $3 million of development capital.

PIPE

  1. 01 Quantumm, post-quantum cybersecurity and remote access solutions, received $1.75 million of development capital from Mr. Tyson Macaulay and other investors through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Spirion, information technology (IT) security and data privacy software that strengthens data loss prevention by accurately discovering, classifying, and protecting sensitive data at the source, was acquired by archTIS for $10.23 million.

Later Stage VC

  1. Authentic8, virtual browser that eliminates cyber risks when using the web, raised $12 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity from Vistara Growth.
  2. DeNexus, end-to-end cybersecurity management platform for industrial networks in manufacturing, energy, transportation, data center facilities, and critical infrastructure with cyber-physical assets, raised $19.97 million through a combination of Series A and Series A-1 venture funding from AXA XL, Prosegur Tech Ventures and HCS Capital.
  3. Swimlane, security operations automation and orchestration platform that simplifies and accelerates the management of cybersecurity threats, raised $143 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC

  1. Oneleet, full-stack cybersecurity platform that helps businesses prevent cyberattacks, raised $33 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Dawn Capital.
  2. Polygraf AI, on-premise AI security platform that detects and prevents AI-driven threats, data leaks, and content manipulation across sensitive environments, raised $9.52 million of venture funding from Datapower Ventures and other investors.

Seed Round

  1. Spearbit, web3 security platform that protects financial and blockchain infrastructure, raised an additional $7.83 million of Seed-1 funding.

Angel (individual)

  1. Hardshell, cybersecurity platform that safeguards sensitive datasets and ensures secure, compliant deployment of artificial intelligence across critical industries, raised $800,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
