- Dodgeball, an orchestration and automation platform for fraud prevention and customer trust operations, was acquired by Spreedly, via its financial sponsor Spectrum Equity, through an LBO.
- LetsDefend, an online cybersecurity training platform that builds a blue team career in the SOC field, was acquired by Hack The Box.
- Qwiet AI, an application security platform for identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in software development pipelines, was acquired by Harness.
Later Stage VC

- Tacticly, on-demand penetration testing tool that identifies and closes security gaps to protect organizations from cyber threats, raised $2.6 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Mucker Capital and Chingona Ventures.
- WitFoo, computer security software that simplifies, secures, and automates cybersecurity operations, raised $155,500 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC

- Cloudburst Technologies, provider of cyber monitoring services and cyber threat intelligence tools intended to help track fraud in the cryptocurrency market, raised $7 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Borderless Capital.
- Hypercycle, operator of scalable infrastructure for the decentralized blockchain network, raised an estimated $52 million of Series A1 venture funding from Contango Digital Assets, Triple Gem Capital and Magnus Capital.
Accelerator/Incubator

- Alpha Level, a threat detection platform that eliminates false positive alerts, joined Databricks as a part of Databricks AI Accelerator Program and received funding.
- Solitude Labs, a decentralized cybersecurity platform that ensures zero-trust security across connected infrastructure, joined 35 Mules as a part of its Fourth Cohort and received $100,000 in funding in the form of a grant.
Seed Round

- Scalekit, an enterprise authentication and user management platform for the security and compliance requirements of the organization, raised $5.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Together Fund.
