  1. CloudFirst Technologies, data protection and business continuity services that serve industries including distribution, retail, government, education, healthcare and others, acquired by Performive.
  2. DataGroup Technologies, managed IT services that serve businesses of all sizes and industries, acquired by Alpine Investors through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Inteli Platforms, full-service managed IT solutions that support businesses seeking efficient and cost-effective technology adoption, acquired by Virtuosic Technologies.
  2. LAN Solutions, managed information technology and cybersecurity services that support businesses and non-profits across Western Canada, acquired by Lyra Technology Group, a subsidiary of Evergreen Services Group.

Later Stage VC

  1. Axonius, a cybersecurity asset management platform that secures and manages connected devices in use by businesses, raised $80.43 million of venture funding from Accelmed, Elron Ventures and other investors.
  2. Clear Skye, an identity access and management software that provides deep insights between the business and information technology team, raised $16.08 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC

  1. Tidal Cyber, a threat-informed defense platform that shifts cybersecurity from reactive vulnerability management to proactive, adversary-behavior-centric protection, raised $15.91 million through a combination of Series A-1, and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Bright Pixel Capital.
  2. Sola, cybersecurity tools that simplify security management and compliance, raised $35 million of venture funding in a deal led by S32.

Seed Round

  1. AegisAI, AI-based email security agents that counter email threats, raised $13 million of Seed funding in a deal led by Accel and Foundation Capital.
  2. Aurva, a data access management platform that provides visibility and control over data access, raised $2.2 million of seed funding in a deal led by Nexus Venture Partners.
