- 360 Advanced, provider of cybersecurity and compliance services intended to adhere strictly to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, received development capital from Bregal Sagemount.
- Gluware, developer of a cloud-based network orchestration platform designed to automate and orchestrate large multi-vendor, mission-critical networks, received development capital from Cuadrilla Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- FuzzLand, developer of a security auditing platform designed to automate blockchain security software, acquired by Solayer Labs.
- Lighthouse Labs, developer of an education platform designed to provide coding tutoring, acquired by Uvaro.
Later Stage VC
- Halcyon, operator of a cybersecurity platform intended to stop ransomware from impacting enterprise customers, raised an estimated $240.28 million of Series C venture funding through a combination of debt and equity in a deal led by Evolution Equity Partners.
- Newdea, developer of an open-sources platform designed to facilitate designing, managing, tracking, aggregating and sharing social sector programs, raised $475,000 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Theom, developer of a cloud-native security platform designed to discover, track, and protect enterprise data in cloud environments, raised Series A venture funding from Wing Venture Capital.
- ThreatMate, developer of cybersecurity platform intended to protect mid-sized companies from cyber threats by achieving their cybersecurity compliance requirements, raised $4.93 million of venture funding.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Bastazo, developer of a cybersecurity platform designed to manage software vulnerability risk for critical infrastructure, joined Hacker Fellowship Zero.
- Diro, developer of identification software designed to provide record verification facilities to companies and the government, joined Plug and Play Tech Center.
