Buyout/LBO
- Carolina Advanced Digital, managed information technology services that cater to the needs of government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and commercial enterprises, acquired by Eastern Datacomm.
- Entara, information technology services that protect businesses from cyber threats, acquired by Abacus Group.
- SS8 Networks, a network intelligence platform that identifies, tracks and investigates suspects and devices of interest, acquired by Mill Point Capital through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
- Fleet, an open-source device management software that keeps track of servers and containers, raised $27 million through a combination of Series B-1, and Series B-2 venture funding in a deal led by Ten Eleven Ventures.
- Ostra, a cybersecurity platform that helps navigate risk, strengthen defenses, and achieve secure operations without the complexity, raised $5.53 million through a combination of Series A venture funding.
- Qualytics, a data quality surveillance platform that monitors and actively defends against data pipeline corruption, raised $10 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by BMW i Ventures.
Early Stage VC
- BitPatrol, cybersecurity and risk management tools that identify and monitor digital risks, raised venture funding from Caffeinated Capital.
- DataBahn, an innovative data fabric solution that streamlines data orchestration alongside insights and artificial intelligence data readiness, raised $17 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Forgepoint Capital.
- Karousels, insights and strategy-based digital products that serve organizations, raised $2.18 million of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from P2G Capital and other investors.
Seed Round
- ZioSec, an AI-driven penetration testing co-pilot that helps cybersecurity professionals secure web applications and critical infrastructure, raised $1.23 million of Seed funding from Greater Colorado Venture Fund and other investors.
