- Hunted Labs, operator of a cybersecurity company intended to provide cybersecurity and advisory services to the US Department of Defense, US Intelligence Community and Fortune 500, raised $3 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Red Cell Partners.
- Unit 221B, developer of a cybersecurity platform designed to offer discreet cybersecurity assessments, raised $5 million of seed funding from J2 Ventures.
Buyout/LBO
- Calkins Networks, provider of managed services intended to serve customers across the acquired by Blue Mantis, via its financial sponsor Recognize Partners, through an LBO.
- Element Technologies, operator of a technology and consulting firm intended to serve law firms, financial institutions, law departments, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations, acquired by New Charter Technologies.
Later Stage VC
- Corsha, developer of a cloud-based streaming authentication software designed to protect application programming interfaces against data breaches, raised $8 million of venture funding.
- Hakimo, operator of a physical security technology company intended to develop cybersecurity-like tools for enterprise security teams, raised $10.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Vertex Capital and Zigg Capital.
Early Stage VC
- Cape, operator of a privacy-first mobile carrier intended to protect users’ data security and provide reliable mobile service, raised $55 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Andreessen Horowitz and A*.
- GetReal, developer of a deepfake detection platform intended to mitigate fraud and identity manipulation, raised $17.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Forgepoint Capital.
Seed Round
- Charm Security, developer of an AI-powered customer security platform intended to prevent scams, social engineering, and human-centric fraud, raised $8 million of seed funding in a deal led by Team8.
- Hunted Labs, operator of a cybersecurity company intended to provide cybersecurity and advisory services to the US Department of Defense, US Intelligence Community and Fortune 500, raised $3 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Red Cell Partners.
