- Interos, developer of a logistics assurance platform designed for supply-chain risk management, received $45.56 million of development capital from Blue Owl Capital, and other investors.
Merger/Acquisition and Corporate
- Dignari, operator of a technology consulting and analytics firm intended to design, build, and deliver biometric, identity management, and security solutions for clients worldwide, acquired by EY
- NoviFlow, developer of a programmable networking software designed to scale and secure cybersecurity services, acquired by E.C.I. Networks.
Later Stage VC
- Bugcrowd, developer of a crowdsourced cybersecurity platform designed to provide organizations with customized security testing programs to identify their security problems, raised $50 million of venture funding from Silicon Valley Bank.
- Concentric AI, developer of data sensitivity and risk discovery platform designed to resolve the data security challenges faced by enterprises, raised $43.5 million through a combination of Series B and Series B-1 venture funding in a deal led by Top Tier Capital Partners and HarbourVest Partners.
Early Stage VC
- Abstract Security, Developer of data security operations platform designed to optimize data without compromising on compliance or security effectiveness, raised $15 million of venture funding in a deal led by Munich Re Ventures.
- RAD Security, developer of a cloud security platform designed to monitor the security posture of modern containerized infrastructure,
- Socket, operator of a cybersecurity platform intended to protect companies from software supply chain attacks, raised $40 million through a combination of Series B and Series B-1 venture funding in a deal led by Abstract Ventures.
Angel, Seed, and Grant
- Cogent Security, developer of an AI and machine learning-based cybersecurity platform designed to streamline security workflows, free up resources, and accelerate risk reduction, raised an estimated $8 million of Seed funding
- ContraForce, developer of an enterprise security management designed to automate the complex challenges of security operations, raised $3.25 million of seed funding in a deal led by DataTribe and GALLOS Technologies.
