- Carrier Connect Systems, Tier II/III data center located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia that specializes in delivering co-location and data center solutions to service providers, enterprises, and small businesses, received $4.34 million of development capital through a private placement.
Merger/Acquisition

- ZT Systems (Data Center Infrastructure Manufacturing Business), data center infrastructure manufacturing business based in Secaucus, New Jersey, was acquired by Sanmina for $3 billion.
- Northshore IO, data-driven solution services that specializes in designing data centers with analytics and providing robust energy program roadmaps from initial discovery through project execution for its clients, was acquired by Salute.
- Chilldyne, liquid cooling system for data centers that reduces energy consumption with cost-effective alternatives to air cooling, was acquired by Daikin Industries.
Buyout/LBO

- DataHive (DataHiveOne), data center located in Calgary, Alberta, was acquired by Cologix, via its financial sponsor Stonepeak Partners, through an LBO.
- TekPark, 137-acre campus and 100-megawatt data center located in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, was acquired by TierPoint, via its financial sposnors TA Associates Management, Argo Infrastructure Partners and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, through an LBO.

- Drut, data-center design system that provides customers with flexibility in their interconnect computing architecture, raised venture funding from Stata Capital Partners.
Early Stage VC

- Accelsius, thermal technology that provides a direct-to-chip liquid cooling service for artificial intelligence and other high-performance servers in data centers and edge computing locations, raised $25 million of venture funding from Johnson Controls International.
Seed

- Emerald AI, infrastructure flexibility management platform that manages the interface between power grids and data centers, raised $52.17 million of seed funding in a deal led by Radical Ventures and Lowercarbon Capital.
Accelerator/Incubator

- XPerf, GPU-performance optimization software that increases data center efficiency and reduce operational costs, joined Round Rock Chamber as part of its Fall 2025 cohort.

Was seconded to New York in 2006 to co-establish the ABN AMRO North America Corporate Finance M&A department and grew it by advising medium and large companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and capital structurings. Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
