Top 10 Data Center Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 16th – November 15th, 2025

PIPE

    1. Carrier Connect Systems, Tier II/III data center located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia that specializes in delivering co-location and data center solutions to service providers, enterprises, and small businesses, received $4.34 million of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. ZT Systems (Data Center Infrastructure Manufacturing Business), data center infrastructure manufacturing business based in Secaucus, New Jersey, was acquired by Sanmina for $3 billion.
    2. Northshore IO, data-driven solution services that specializes in designing data centers with analytics and providing robust energy program roadmaps from initial discovery through project execution for its clients, was acquired by Salute.
    3. Chilldyne, liquid cooling system for data centers that reduces energy consumption with cost-effective alternatives to air cooling, was acquired by Daikin Industries.

Buyout/LBO

    1. DataHive (DataHiveOne), data center located in Calgary, Alberta, was acquired by Cologix, via its financial sponsor Stonepeak Partners, through an LBO.
    2. TekPark, 137-acre campus and 100-megawatt data center located in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, was acquired by TierPoint, via its financial sposnors TA Associates Management, Argo Infrastructure Partners and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

    1. Drut, data-center design system that provides customers with flexibility in their interconnect computing architecture, raised venture funding from Stata Capital Partners.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Accelsius, thermal technology that provides a direct-to-chip liquid cooling service for artificial intelligence and other high-performance servers in data centers and edge computing locations, raised $25 million of venture funding from Johnson Controls International.

Seed

    1. Emerald AI, infrastructure flexibility management platform that manages the interface between power grids and data centers, raised $52.17 million of seed funding in a deal led by Radical Ventures and Lowercarbon Capital.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. XPerf, GPU-performance optimization software that increases data center efficiency and reduce operational costs, joined Round Rock Chamber as part of its Fall 2025 cohort.

Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
