PE Growth/Expansion

  1. Remission Medical, virtual rheumatology clinic care services that connect board-certified, state-licensed rheumatologists, received $5 million of development capital led by Blue Heron Capital.
  2. Symplast, cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform that streamlines operations and improve patient care, received development capital from Level Equity.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Perx Health, chronic condition management platform that assists health organizations in driving patient engagement and treatment adherence positively, was acquired by Clutch.
  2. Thynk Health, cloud-based healthcare data system that identifies lung cancer patients and incidental findings, was acquired by Azra AI.

Later Stage VC

  1. Brook, digital health management platform that empowers patients and individuals with their health, raised $20.04 million of venture funding from investors.
  2. Nervonik, neuro-modulation device for therapeutic applications, raised $52.5 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Amzak Health, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $68.5 million.

Early Stage VC

  1. Forus, AI-powered platform that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to bring new science to patients, raised $160 million of Series B venture funding through a combination of debt and equity, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $878 million.
  2. Ilant Health, value-based healthcare platform that provides personalized care for obesity and cardiometabolic health management, raised $20.5 million of Series A1 venture funding in a deal led by Cornucopian Capital.

Seed Round

  1. ONclick Healthcare, telehealth based transitional care management services that coordinate post-discharge care for hospital patients, raised $3.18 million of seed funding from investors.
  2. Vital Signals, health technology that monitors and interprets physiological data for improved understanding of individual health patterns, raised $15 million of seed funding in a deal led by XYZ Venture Capital.
