Top 10 Digital Health/HealthTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – January 1st to March 31st, 2026

PIPE

  1. CapsoVision, commercial-stage medical technology enterprise that innovates, manufactures, and markets endoscopic video imaging devices focused on internal imaging of the gastrointestinal (GI) system, received $14 million of development capital from investors, through a private placement.
  2. iBio, preclinical stage biotechnology company that leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the development of precision antibodies, received $26.00 million of development capital from Frazier Healthcare Partners.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Kaia Health, digital health platform that treats a range of disorders, including back pain and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, was acquired by Sword Health for $285 million.
  2. Keriton, inpatient feeding management platform that addresses the challenges, improves patient safety, simplifies nursing workflows, and delivers actionable analytics, was acquired by Natus Sensory for $16.5 million.

Later Stage VC

  1. AnswersNow, telehealth platform that makes applied behavior analysis therapy for autism accessible to families, raised $40 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by HealthQuest Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $104 million.
  2. BrainSpace, neurocritical automated connected devices that protect the brain and spine after trauma, surgery, or neurodegeneration, raised $1.35 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from investors.

Early Stage VC

  1. Tandem, prescription wallet that provides medicine at an affordable price, raised $100 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Accel, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $850 million.
  2. UnityAI, AI-enabled care orchestration platform that creates efficient, harmonious care environments, raised $8.5 million of Series A-1 venture funding in a deal led by Third Prime, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $35 million.

Seed Round

  1. Kadia, health platform that supports families affected by substance use disorders, raised $1.1 million of seed funding.
  2. Raya Health, maternal healthcare coordination platforms for pregnancy and postpartum care support purposes, raised seed funding in the form of SAFE notes from Transpose Platform Management.
