- HBox, end-to-end virtual care platform that improves access to healthcare and reduce costs, received development capital from Charlesbank Capital Partners.
- Tebra Technologies, medical technology platform that supports independent practices and medical billing companies, received $250 million of development capital from Hildred Capital Partners, Transformation Capital, HLM Investment Partners, Montreux Growth Partners and Toba Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Abyrx, therapeutic devices that offer efficiency in surgical procedures, was acquired by MedEdge Holdings.
- Innerworld, virtual reality mental health platform for anonymous peer support and skill-building, was acquired by XRHealth.
Later Stage VC
- Nomad Health, healthcare staffing platform that digitizes the healthcare hiring process, raised $33.80 million of venture funding.
- WearLinq, health monitoring and diagnosis device that enhances patient care and clinical outcomes, raised $14 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by AIX Ventures.
Early Stage VC
- Laguna Tech USA, heart valve replacement technology that revolutionizes treatment options for aortic stenosis and regurgitation, raised $3.25 million of Series A venture funding from investors on December 17, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $21.25 million.
- PranaQ, digital healthcare platform that monitors and manages sleep and breathing disorders, raised $2.5 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt in a deal led by Smilegate Investment.
Seed Round
- Empathium, AI-powered emotional intelligence training platform that measures, practices, and develops emotional skills for professional environments, raised $10,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes from investors.
- WithYou Therapeutics, digital mental health platform that supports emotional recovery and resilience for cancer survivors, raised pre-seed funding from Boomerang Ventures.
