- 23andMe Holding Co, a consumer-facing healthcare technology company that is involved in the sale of direct-to-consumer personal genome services, or PGS, through DNA collection kits shipped via mail, acquired by TTAM Research Institute for $368.428 million.
- Orderly Health, data management software that is designed to improve the accuracy of healthcare data, acquired by First Choice Health Network.
Later Stage VC
- Inanovate, longitudinal assay screening technology that is designed for the detection and measurement of multiple proteins, raised $808,000 of venture funding.
- ATDev, mobility devices that are designed to launch scalable physical therapy to patients across the US and globally, raised venture funding from UpHonest Capital.
- Journey Meditation, meditation services that are intended to strengthen focus and prioritize mental health for corporate employees, raised $7.6 million of venture funding from Gaingels and J4.Ventures.
- NeuroFlow, a digital content platform that is designed to integrate mental health programs with measurement-based care and consumer engagement, raised an estimated $28 million of venture funding from MemorialCare Innovation Fund, Concord Health Partners and First Trust Capital Partners.
Early Stage VC
- Altira Health, an after-discharge care software that is designed to reduce avoidable ER visits and improve outcomes for high-risk patients, raised venture funding from Focal.
- HarborSite, genome engineering platform that is designed for safe gene insertion for the treatment of genetic and age-associated diseases, raised venture funding from Scifounders.
- Klinic, a digital addiction treatment clinic that is intended to offer a virtual addiction recovery support system, raised venture funding from Somersault Ventures.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Toothapps, a patient engagement and practice management platform that is designed to streamline dental office operations and enhance patient communication, joined Matter as a part of its 2025 SMILE Health Cohort.
