- Bluejay Diagnostics, a medical diagnostics company that develops rapid tests using whole blood using its Symphony technology platform to improve patient outcomes in critical care settings, received $4.5 million of development capital.

- DigitalOwl, a natural language processing platform that provides an efficient process of reviewing medical records for all parties, was acquired by Datavant, via its financial sponsors Town Hall Ventures, Oxeon Partners, New Mountain Capital and Ardan Equity, through an estimated $200 million.
