Top 10 DigitalHealth/ HealthTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – September 16th – 30th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Caregility, clinical collaboration platform that provides improved patient safety and clinical efficiency, received $25.1 million of development capital from Star Mountain Capital, Dr. York Wang, Mr. Bin Guan, Mr. Ronald Gaboury, Mr. Peter McLain, and other investors.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Lemonaid Health, an online telemedicine platform that brings affordable healthcare to patients, was acquired by Daybreak Capital Partners, Auctus Holdings, Innova Capital Partners, eGateway Capital, BambuVentures, Broadview Capital, and other undisclosed investors through a $10 million LBO.
    2. Epoch Sleep Centers, a diagnostic and treatment center that diagnose people with sleeping disorders, was acquired by BetterNight.

Later Stage VC

    1. DataBiologics, regenerative medicine data collection platform for collecting patient-reported outcomes, raised $815,000 of venture funding in the form of convertible debt.
    2. Equip, a virtual eating disorder treatment program that assists families in recovering from eating disorders at home, raised $54.15 million of Series D venture funding from Pledge Ventures, Kerry Washington, and other undisclosed investors.

Early Stage VC

    1. Imagine Pediatrics, pediatric virtual and in-home care services for children with special health care needs, raised $67 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Optum Ventures, Rubicon Founders and Oak HC/FT.
    2. Joy 101, personalized wellness applications for emotional well-being and self-care, raised a venture funding from CapStone Holdings.

Seed Round

    1. Accipiter Biosciences, a biotech company for the next generation of multifunctional biologics using state-of-the-art computational method, raised $13.60 million through a combination of Seed and Seed-1 funding from Takeda Ventures, Cercano Management and Pack Ventures.
    2. ChronicCareIQ, a monitoring healthcare system that provides feedback related to current health status, raised $2.5 million of seed funding from M-One Capital and other undisclosed investors.
    3. iVeena, a novel proprietary drug candidate that treats ophthalmic diseases, received $2 million of grant funding as a part phase 2 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from National Eye Institute.
