- GeoH, a home healthcare platform that streamlines visit tracking and caregiver management, acquired by Council Capital and Boomerang Ventures through an estimated $30 million LBO.
- UST HealthProof, a healthcare administration platform that simplifies complex operational and quality challenges across all lines of business, acquired by HealthEdge, via its financial sponsors Bain Capital, Recognize Partners and Ardan Equity, through an estimated $1 billion LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- Bionic Health, a digital healthcare platform that builds out preventative health services for people experiencing chronic pain, acquired by Thrive Life Holdings.
- True Digital Surgery, a digital surgery visualization device that improves the surgical experience and advances patient results, acquired by B. Braun.
Later Stage VC
- Accuryn, a predictive health monitoring system that improves patient care using artificial intelligence and machine insights, raised $2.28 million of venture funding.
- Beyond Pulse, a soccer coaching diagnostic tool that improves soccer training and performance, raised $3.29 million of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Doctronic, a healthcare artificial intelligence platform that provides real-time medical information and patient-doctor communication, raised $20 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
- Harbor Health, a healthcare platform that provides personalized, patient-centered care through a collaborative approach, raised $130 million through a combination of debt and Series A3 venture funding in a deal led by 8VC, Alta Partners and General Catalyst.
Accelerator/Incubator
- ai, a health disease detection technology that improves the quality of life and reduces medical costs for individuals who are at risk or diagnosed with severe allergic diseases, joined The Consortium for Technology & Innovation in Pediatrics.
- Josmol Group, an affordable Medicare health service company that provides and serves the people of Nigeria, joined MTN Cloud Accelerator as part of its Cloud Accelerator Program First Cohort and received NGN 5 million in funding in the form of a grant.
