- Novillus, operator of a cloud-based healthcare management platform designed to automate data management, acquired by Reveleer.
Later Stage VC
- Biolinq, developer of a biomonitoring health platform intended to improve metabolic health, raised $100 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Alpha Wave Global.
- DentalHQ, developer of an in-house membership platform designed to empower dentists to attract and retain fee-for-service patients, raised $1.10 million of venture funding.
- Feel Therapeutics, developer of a digital precision medicine platform designed to bring objective data and passive monitoring for mental health, raised $7.88 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt in a deal led by Satori Capital.
- Nourish, developer of a telehealth platform designed to promote healthier lifestyles and address chronic health issues, raised $70 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by JP Morgan Asset Management.
- PhAST, developer of an imaging technology designed to transform the fight against infectious diseases, raised $3.47 million of Series B venture funding.
Seed Round
- Araceli Biosciences, developer of advanced imaging technologies intended to enhance the drug discovery process for researchers, raised $11.2 million through a combination of Seed-1 and Seed-2 funding in a deal led by William Cortelyou.
- CareEco, developer a data platform designed to improve operations through technology to save time and money, raised $2.48 million of Seed-1 funding.
- World Class Health, developer of a healthcare platform designed to connect self-funded employers with Centers of Excellence for high-impact medical procedures, raised $18 million of seed funding in a deal led by Transformation Capital and AlleyCorp.
