Merger/Acquisition
- Memora Health, developer of an enablement platform intended to help clinicians focus on top-of-license practice while proactively engaging patients along complex care journeys, acquired by Commure.
Later Stage VC
- Pearl, developer of an AI-based dental technology designed to identify pathological issues in real-time and with quality precision, raised $80.25 million through a combination of Series B-1, Series B-2, and Series B-3 venture funding in a deal led by Left Lane Capital and Smash Capital.
- Plan Forward, developer of a dental membership software designed to provide uninsured patients with an alternative to traditional dental insurance, raised $1 million of venture funding from Elevate Ventures and Flywheel Fund.
- Able Channel, developer of a digital health platform designed to deliver information and innovation for families meeting the challenges of disability and lifelong health concerns, raised $226,528 of venture funding.
- Ablative Solutions, developer of a clinical-stage medical device company intended to help reduce blood pressure for people with hypertension that is not well controlled, raised $37.16 million of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Phy, developer of a body movement tracking platform intended to provide musculoskeletal care, raised $3.49 million of venture funding from Raga Partners and other investor.
- Humanaut Health, operator of a human optimization company intended to enhance the overall well-being of the patients, raised $550,000 of venture funding.
Seed Round
- Niura, developer of a medical care device intended to enhance brain-scanning healthcare, raised $110,000 of seed funding from Dorm Room Fund.
- Proton Intelligence, developer of a wearable potassium monitoring device designed to transform people’s lives with hyperkalemia, raised an $6.95 million of seed funding from We Venture Capital, Trampoline Ventures and Exor.
