- Orb Health, developer of a collaborative care platform designed to offer scalable chronic care management that helps deliver improved patient outcomes, acquired by Respiri for $8.3 million.
Later Stage VC
- Posterity Health, developer of a digital male fertility platform designed to learn about fertility and take action, raised $12.83 million trhough a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding from Boston Millennia Partners, Distributed Ventures and WVV Capital.
- Aatru, developer of a medical device company intended to treat wounds and damaged skin, raised $550,000 of venture funding in the form of combination of debt and equity.
- Carallel, developer of digital health tools designed to provide personalized caregiving support to caregivers, raised $2 million of venture funding from Capita3.
Early Stage VC
- Posterity Health, developer of a digital male fertility platform designed to learn about fertility and take action, raised $12.83 million trhough a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding from Boston Millennia Partners, Distributed Ventures and WVV Capital.
- MH3D, developer of nuclear imaging technology designed for medical research, raised $3.31 million of venture funding.
Seed Round
- Quilt Health, developer of a digital health platform designed to accelerate access to transformative care for people with rare and complex diseases, raised an estimated $8 million through a combination of Seed and Seed-1 funding from MaC Venture Capital and Opal Ventures.
- RPM-One, developer of a Unified Telemetry Platform designed to provide no-cost remote monitoring services, raised $7.11 million of seed funding.
- Triangulate Labs, developer of a 3-dimensional mapping technology designed to help dermatologists cure skin cancer, raised $1.62 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes from Lorentzen Investments and other investors.
