- Extended Care Information Networks, hospital care management and discharge planning software, received development capital from Ponte Partners.
- i-Function, digital health software intended to provide validated tools to facilitate early and accurate screening of cognitive status, assess and train everyday functional skills, received a development capital from K-2 Ventures in June 2025.
Merger/Acquisition
- Perch, a velocity-based training equipment designed to quantify complex and functional movement exercises, acquired by Catapult Group International for $18 million.
- Amino Health, a digital healthcare guidance platform intended to provide assistance in medical help search, acquired by Capital Rx.
Later Stage VC
- Independa, a remote engagement platform designed to offer technology-enabled products and services, raised $6.48 million through the combination of Series D-1, Series D-2, and Series D-3 venture funding from ALMA Life Sciences, Keshif Ventures, and other investors.
- MyLaurel, on-demand medical care services intended to cater to the needs of frail and complex patients, raised $12 million of venture funding in a deal led by GV and Deerfield Management.
Early Stage VC
- Guidehealth, a health services platform designed to partner with health systems and clinical networks to bring scale and predictable performance to value-based care, raised $10 million of venture funding from Emory Healthcare.
- Nimbus Health, a technology-enabled clinic intended to deliver personalized care through at-home diagnostics and virtual consultations, raised $12 million of venture funding in a deal led by 2048 Ventures.
Seed Round
- Clara, a home care services platform designed for connecting families with caregivers, raised venture funding in a deal led by Virtue, Torch Capital and Y Combinator.
- Override, a digital healthcare platform intended to provide comprehensive care to control chronic suffering, raised $6.25 million of Seed funding from Confluent Health, SignalFire and Esplanade Healthtech Ventures.
