Top 10 Distributors Wholesale Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. –  April 1st – May 31st, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Brickyard Brands, a regional distribution service that connects underserved retail channels with small-scale consumer brands, received a development capital from WP Strategic Holdings.
    2. Tencarva Machinery, commercial, industrial and municipal pumps that serves the chemical, citrus, paper, textile and power industries, received $4.78 million of development capital.

PIPE

    1. Suncrete, ready-mix concrete that serves residential, infrastructure, and commercial sectors, received $167.1 million of development capital.

Buyout/LBO

    1. ISP Tek Services, consumer and commercial electronics that supports the needs of the used products market, was acquired by Ivy Technology, via its financial sponsors CD Private Equity and Staple Street Capital, through a $10 million LBO.
    2. T4Power, backup power system services that ensures reliable energy generation for homes and businesses, was acquired by Sommers Generator Systems, via its financial sponsor Wincove Private Holdings, through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Kadex, aviation components that supports maintenance operations and offers overhaul and repair services, and a wide range of supplies such as deice boots, engine oil, batteries, tires, spark plugs, filters, lighting, brake components, sealants, windshields and instruments, was acquired by Chorus Aviation (TSE: CHR) for approximately CAD 50 million.
    2. Wood Bros. Industries, residential and commercial water treatment equipment and supplies catering to retailers and dealers across the United States, was acquired by Franklin Electric Co (NAS: FELE) for EUR 42.55 million.

Early Stage VC

    1. Crown O’maine Distribution, wholesale food distribution services for regional food supply and delivery operations, raised a venture funding from Kachuwa Impact Fund.

Grant

    1. Nicholas Stolowitz Fine Minerals, jewelry and precious stone accessory products based in Stowe, Vermont that offers products such as watches, precious stones, and precious metals, received $300,000 of grant funding from Agency of Commerce and Development.

Seed Round

    1. Duck Club Bourbon, a premium spirits collection company that crafts international bourbons and liquors, raised $370,000 of seed funding.
