- CapFlo, construction materials for the water and wastewater treatment industry, was acquired by Vessco, via its financial sponsor Gryphon Investors, through an LBO.
- Myers Tire Supply, tire supplies catering to auto dealers, fleet supplies, government, and schools, retreaders, and tire dealers, was acquired by Lion Equity Investment Advisors through a $30 million LBO.
- National Performance Warehouse, parts and components that serves the automotive sector, was acquired by Parts Authority, via its financial sponsor Kohlberg & Company and TJC, through an LBO.

- Lhoist North America, lime, dolime and mineral-based products that serves construction, steel, mining, environmental, agriculture and chemical industries worldwide, was acquired by Martin Marietta (NYS: MLM) for $13.5 billion.
